Policies
Although we love our fury friends, there are no pets allowed at Midnight Getaway Ranch.
There is NO smoking allowed.
Check-In: 3:00 PM Central
Check-Out: 11:00 AM Central
Off the main service road, you will be traveling about 3.5 miles on an all-dirt road with a few steep hills along the way; a 4WD or AWD vehicle is REQUIRED. There are NO refunds if you don't have a 4WD/AWD vehicle and can't access the property. Navigating the area at night can be difficult, so try arriving during the daytime to catch the spectacular views on the way to the ranch.
2 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel up to 2 days before your arrival date for a full refund. If canceled or modified after that period, or in the case of a no-show, you'll be charged for your first night.
DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS
By occupying the rental unit, you acknowledge that you agree to pay any additional fees that may be incurred for damages above ordinary wear and tear (including but not limited to: stains on sheets, towels, etc., broken furniture, decorations, and missing items from your stay), as well as any legal/administrative charges associated with collecting the fees listed above. Midnight Getaway Ranch must be informed of any damages you (or any minor/guests under your care) sustain.
FIREPIT/HOT TUB AREA
Midnight Getaway Ranch does not provide a lifeguard on site; swim at your own risk. It is essential to supervise minors at all times. Please be aware that Midnight Getaway Ranch is not liable for any injuries/accidents, or fatalities that may occur while using our amenities, including the firepit and hot tub.
WILDLIFE
Upon booking a stay at Midnight Getaway Ranch, it is important to note that our location is situated in a remote area spanning 6 acres within the Texas Hill Country. Our property is home to a diverse range of wildlife including: racoons, skunks, opossums, armadillos, deer, fox, spiders, scorpions, snakes, birds, wild hogs, lizards, bees/wasps, mosquitoes, etc. As a guest, you assume full responsibility for any potential risks or bodily harm that may arise from encounters with wildlife during your stay at Midnight Getaway Ranch.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By booking, I hereby assume complete responsibility for any potential loss, damage to property, or personal injury, including severe injuries or fatalities, that may be incurred by myself (or any minor/guests under my care) as a result of my (or any minor/guests under my care) participation in any activities offered by Midnight Getaway Ranch, regardless of whether such harm is caused by Midnight Getaway Ranch's negligence or any other factor. I have made a conscious decision to enter the premises of Midnight Getaway Ranch and engage in ranch activities, fully aware that such activities may pose a risk to myself and/or my property, and that access to medical personnel and/or facilities may be limited. The outdoor activities offered by Midnight Getaway Ranch inherently involve certain risks, including but not limited to: hazards related to inclement weather, rugged terrain or bodies of water, wild animals and/or livestock, swimming, hammocks, insects/bugs, and poisonous plants. I acknowledge that there may be additional unknown or unforeseen risks that could result in injury or death.
